Thank you for your recent purchase! We are thrilled to have you join us for ImportFest 2024! When you arrive on Saturday, July 13, 2024, please join the Advance ticket line with your mobile or printed ticket. ImportFest is located inside the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Center.
Unfortunately there are no refunds, but you can forward your tickets to a friend or family.
Re-entry is ONLY permitted between 11am to 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm and have NOT yet redeemed your ticket, you can still enter the show up until 9:30pm. Same applies for anyone who purchase tickets at the door after 8pm. (The show ends at 10pm). If you need clarification or uncertain p
Each ticket order is assigned a distinct bar code, which is used to update our system as tickets are redeemed. You can specify the number of tickets you wish to claim from your order. The remaining tickets can be claimed later.
ImportFest is open from 11 am to 10 pm. We kindly ask that you exit the show floor promptly following the Award Show at 10pm. Once the show floor is clear, we will begin the Move Out ceremony. You are welcome to join the crowd outside to watch the cars exit the build
Upon arriving at the event, all attendees are obligated to go through a security "bag" check. The Advance ticket lines tend to be busier during the initial hours of opening and then moves swiftly.

Yes, indeed, ImportFest welcomes attendees of all ages.
Certainly, our event is all-inclusive. If you need any assistance, feel free to approach our event staff, and they will be more than happy to help you. Moreover, we have elevator access to the show floor exclusively reserved for guests who require assistance.
ImportFest does not provide or rent special equipment. If you require such services, please check with the convention centre directly or acquire one independently prior to the show.
You're welcome to bring small "personal" snacks and drinks to the show. However, bringing large quantities of food or drinks for a group is not allowed. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. If you have a medical need, please approach the event staff for assistance.
